LAST WEEK: CSA – Wednesday October 12th, 2011 – Week #16
Pembroke: Weekly
Farm: Weekly & Bi-weekly
This is the last week that we’ll be harvesting your fresh CSA veggies for you. Stay tuned for an update via the blog for a year end wrap up – hear about our triumphs and challenges of the 2011 season and what we’ll be up to in 2012. We’ll also be creating an on-line survey so you can anonymously rate your 2011 CSA experience. However, if you would like to provide some feedback (what you liked, what you would change, etc.) please feel free to email anytime at [email protected].
For now, we would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone for supporting your young-local-organic farmers!! Without you this crazy farming venture of ours wouldn’t be possible.

Thanks for the jerusalem artichoke recipe suggestions! We had the sunchoke soup tonight and it was pretty good. I would have to say they are not my favourite flavour, but I am glad we tried them! (I hesitated with the choice bin- I wanted to try them but the sweet potatoes were VERY tempting too!)
